5. Registration and Cancellation Policy

Workshop Registration: Registration for our workshops and events is subject to availability. Payment is typically required at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation by Participants: Participants may cancel their registration up to 48 hours before the scheduled workshop for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a processing fee.

Cancellation by Protyleskva: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and resources provided through our Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and educational materials, are the property of Protyleskva or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright laws.

Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the educational materials for personal learning purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission
• Use our materials for commercial purposes
• Share workshop recordings or materials with non-participants
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from materials
